Ordering Procedure

We are available to take orders Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. We can be reached at 801-563-7448 or 800-827-9529 (toll-free) and via FAX at 801-563-7455.

Orders can also be placed via email to orders@desbio.com.

Normal terms are C.O.D., Master Card, Visa, or Pre-Paid. Orders received by 1:00 PM Mountain Time on weekdays will generally be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM are normally shipped the following day.
